Thank you for shopping with us! This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and other important information. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

 We offer a Standard Shipping. Average shipping time: 5-11 business days.

  •  Our goods are shipped from our warehouses or from our partners' warehouses located outside of Norway. 
  •   Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on costumer location and other factors.
  •   Please note that certain situations beyond our control—such as natural disasters, holidays, and severe weather—may lead to delays in shipping.)

While we strive for timely deliveries, there may be unforeseen circumstances that affect our carriers. As a result, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, and any delivery-related issues are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

Please note that we currently do not offer shipping to Svalbard. Orders placed with a delivery address in Svalbard will unfortunately be cancelled and refunded.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, your location, and the selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on many items, which will be communicated on our website.

  1. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  1. International Shipping

We currently ship to many countries, international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status on our website or through the shipping carrier’s website.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package is damaged during shipping, If this happens, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We need the following: Your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Once we receive this information, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no charge. You can read our term of service for more details.
