Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for customers within the EU/EEA, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We also accept returns for orders delivered outside the EU/EEA within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that exchanges are not available for these orders.

To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to register the return. Prompt notification ensures the item remains in its original condition and helps us manage the return process efficiently.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return request is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, the order will be processed and prepared for shipping, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

For customers within the EU/EEA, the right of withdrawal applies according to consumer protection laws. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return it.

How to Return an Item

If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping, unless otherwise agreed. If the return is sent from another country, the customer is also responsible for any customs, import, or handling fees that may arise when returning the item to Norway.

The return shipment must be clearly marked as "returned goods" to avoid unnecessary charges. If a return results in customs or import fees due to incorrect declaration or labeling, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from the refund amount or reject the return shipment.

We recommend that returns are sent via a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us through our [Contact Us page].

Once we have received and inspected the item(s), you will receive an email confirming approval of the return and any applicable refund.
The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, panties, shapewear, or swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken or if the item has been worn or tried on. Bras and bodysuits may be returned only if unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Please note that exchanges are not available for orders delivered outside the EU/EEA.
If you wish to receive a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.

 EU/EEA - 14 day cooling off period

Regardless of the above, if the item is shipped to an EU/EEA country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Please note that all returns must be sent to our return address in Norway. Return shipping, as well as any customs, import, or handling fees incurred when returning the item to Norway, are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging – and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, after deducting the applicable return shipping costs.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable, even if you choose to return your order.
These charges are collected by third parties (shipping carriers and customs authorities) and are beyond our control.

For returns from EU/EEA countries, the full purchase price of the item will be refunded unless the item has suffered a reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In such cases, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund to reflect the reduction in value. Please note that all returns must be sent to our return address in Norway, and the customer is responsible for return shipping, as well as any customs, import, or handling fees incurred when returning the item to Norway.

For returns of orders shipped to countries outside the EU/EEA, a deduction of up to 10% of the item price may be applied to cover any reduction in value resulting from use or damage, as well as handling costs.  All returns must be sent to our return address in Norway. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import fees, and any other charges that may occur when returning the item to Norway.

Once the return is received and approved, the refund for the item (after any deduction for reduction in value or handling costs) will be processed to the original payment method. Any costs for return shipping, customs, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Orders that are rejected or canceled before shipping will be refunded in full without any deductions.
